Shipping policy

DToxitea processes orders on the same day the order is received.  Our goal is to ship orders on the next business day generally through United States Postal Service.  We reserve the right to choose any licensed shipping service available.  If for any reason there is a delay in shipping that will exceed 7 business days we will notify you via the email address you have provided with your order.  If an order will take longer than 30 days to be shipped you have the option to choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
